A.We formulate our products without ingredients that place a burden on the skin and aim to create gentle skincare. However, we cannot guarantee that it will be non-irritating for everyone. If you experience any abnormalities, discontinue use and consult a physician.
Q. How long does it last unopened?
A.The shelf life is 3 years from the date of manufacture. Do not reuse the mask once it has been used. After opening, we recommend using it as soon as possible.
Q. When should I use it?
A.Use immediately after cleansing. After using the mask, you can complete your skincare routine with the remaining serum in the pouch — there is no need to apply BABY PEPTIDE Essence afterward.
Q. What is the concentration of human neural stem cell–derived conditioned media?
A.2%.
Q. How often should I use it?
A.There is no strict limitation. Unlike the standard BABY PEPTIDE Essence, this mask is designed with a richer, more viscous serum to deliver enhanced care while providing a more luxurious experience than your usual routine.
We recommend regular use, but it can also be used daily or as a special treatment when desired.
What Are Human Stem Cells?
“Human stem cells” are specialized cells within the body that play a vital role in maintaining life. The fact that our bodies are able to sustain themselves and continue functioning is evidence of stem cell activity — essentially, they act as the body’s own internal repair system.
As these powerful cells proliferate, they secrete a wide range of skin-beneficial substances, including growth factors, cytokines (low-molecular-weight proteins), as well as structural proteins such as collagen and hyaluronic acid.
