HISTORY

→ 2005
Doctor’s Lab Japan was founded by a physician dedicated to the ongoing study of beauty and skincare.
Driven by the belief that people who wish to maintain their beauty deserve truly effective products, the company set out to develop and deliver formulations with real, measurable benefits.
Since then, under medical supervision, we have carefully refined each product—drawing on advancements in medical science, regenerative medicine, and evolving beauty research.

The first step in aging care begins with clear, radiant skin.
“C Lotion with a High Concentration of Vitamin C” was launched and quickly gained strong support from those seeking brightening solutions. Since its release, it has remained a long-standing, trusted product.

→ 2011
The key to aging care lies in foam-based cleansing packs.
“AHA Soap” was introduced with a focus on effectively removing impurities while minimizing stress on the skin.
A cleansing method proposed by our in-house dermatologists—foam pack cleansing—has helped many users maintain vibrant, youthful skin over time.

→ 2017
UV protection became an essential element of aging care.
“UV Protection & Skin Health Supplement” was developed to address the growing need for comprehensive sun protection.
It became clear that maintaining healthy skin requires not only topical sunscreen but also internal care.
Formulated with natural ingredients and a rich blend of vitamins under the key concepts of antioxidation, anti-inflammation, and brightening, this supplement supports both skin health and overall wellness. It has gained popularity as a year-round solution, not limited to high UV seasons.

With the aim of creating skincare loved by all, regardless of gender, we officially launched the “BABY PEPTIDE Series”—a gender-neutral aging skincare line formulated with human stem cell–derived conditioned media.
Stem cells play a vital role in sustaining human life. During the cultivation process, they release a variety of skin-beneficial substances, including growth factors, cytokines (low-molecular-weight proteins), collagen, and hyaluronic acid. In recent years, the conditioned medium containing these secreted components has attracted significant attention.
After years of research and refinement, we successfully incorporated this technology into skincare—resulting in the BABY PEPTIDE Series, developed as a high-quality, Made-in-Japan product.
Inspired by the desire to restore skin to a baby-like condition, the brand was named BABY PEPTIDE®.
